The first room and project we tackled was the living room, I knew I wanted the wood paneling gone and replaced with sheet rock. So before we were even unpacked, Mark starting Demo on that wall. It brightened the room and made it feel so much more updated. All we had to do after that was rip out the ugly fireplace insert, and paint the walls, and update the outlet and light switch covers oh and we replaced the ceiling fan with a light. Before

We painted the kids bedroom and that was all that needed done in there.

Next up, we knew we wanted the laundry room out of the kitchen area, so we did some looking and found the best spot to put the laundry room downstairs. This took way more time and money, it got all new sheetrock, flooring, paint, lighting, and a utility sink. Befores

This left a big hole in the upstairs where the washer and dryer used to sit so Mark built us cabinets and a desk for an office area. He is so handy and talented and we are sure grateful for him.
