We went to see Rex and Denises baby horse the day after it was born. Briggs brought Kohen and they loved seeing the horses and playing with buddy the dog. McCall finished her last year of Elementary School and it was a bitter sweet day for her. She has loved Iona Elementary and is sad to leave the school she is familiar with but is also very excited to start a new chapter in middle school at Black Canyon. Briggs graduated kindergarten and said that he wants to be an "HK" worker when he grows up. (which is construction) He wants nothing more than to work construction with Mark when he grows up. We made a flower arrangement for Grandpa Nield and went to visit the cemetery for memorial day. We miss him so much. Briggs went on a field trip to bear world and I was able to be a chaperone on the trip. It was FREEZING that day. McCall participated in sixth grade track and field day and loved it. She did amazing in her race and she got second in jump roping. We celebrated Mark and I's Birthdays - very low key just how we like it.
