In our home they have natural wood for the doors and a lot of the cabinets...and I hate the color of it. It's an orange - ish color. And on top of that we have white molding and trim...which super bugs me when the door is a different color than the trim. So I have been slowly trying to weed out the natural wood. So the other day I sanded down the fireplace ledge and painted it white to match the trim around the room. I thought it looked a lot better.

Fireplace
