Happy Halloween

This year McCall wanted to be a Bat, it was the most random request but even after suggesting some other costumes she still just wanted to be a bat .. "So she could hang from trees" were her own words. So a bat she was. And of course since Diesel has to be just like his sister, he wanted to be anything that has the word bat in it. So he was Batman. They enjoyed trick or treating for about 15 minutes, then wanted nothing to do with it, which I was fine with because it was FREEZING that night and SO windy. We picked a great neighborhood to go to though, the kids got all king size candys, huge cookies, bags of chips, toys, etc. they got plenty for the short amount of time we were out. After that we loaded up in the warm car and headed to Grandma and Grandpa Nields house and hung out there for a little bit before heading back home. McCall also had a party in her class that I was able to go help with after their costume parade. She had a lot of fun at her party and walking the halls in her bat costume.
