Our Backyard

I looked out our living room window the other day and saw three Bull Elk feeding on the field behind our house. I know you can't see them very well in the picture but it was sure awesome to see. Mark said that there are about 9 of them that are feeding off the fields around here. I hopped on my bike and stuck McCall in her baby sling and rode down the hill to try to get a better look and picture, but they moved to fast ... I will have to pedal a bit faster next time. Mark and I are hoping they stick around until fall so Mark can shoot one. Maybe I can even shoot one; we'll see.
