A New Year

Mark, McCall and I didn't do anything too exciting for New Year's Eve...which is just fine by me. I am a low key kinda girl. But I think 2013 treated us pretty dang good and I want to remember it. 

2012 was the year of our first baby and we bought our first home and mark got a job he loves. 

2013 has kind of been the year of updating the house. We have done a lot of painting in the upstairs and we have been able to do a lot of changes in the yard, like pouring concrete in the front and back and moving the shed to the back of the yard. We also have done a ton in the basement ( the worst part of the house ) we have torn out a bunch of old ugly stuff and mark has been sheet rocking and mudding like crazy. We also cut an egress window into one of the bedrooms in the basement and he built a closet in it so it added another room to our house. Hopefully that will be good for re-sale value. We were able to buy a bed set for our bedroom...we love it. Jeff came home from his mission in feb!! McCall had her first birthday. I ran a 5k fun run. We found out baby dimond2 was coming in 2014. Bought a new car and then sold it a month later, because we want to run our vehicles into the ground before we have to have a car payment. We have enjoyed good health and we have especially enjoyed watching McCall learn and grow. 

2014- we hope you bring us good health and good memories. ... And a new baby boy!
