His leg is healing nicely. We went back into Dr. Biddulph on the 5th and he informed us that that infection was looking a lot better and that mark could start putting some pressure on it in three weeks. And in four weeks he wants to see us back in his office for an x-ray. He also told mark if he was feeling good enough to walk into that appointment in his cast it would be fine with him. So fingers crossed that he can be walking on the boot by the first of March. Right now he is just enjoying the fact that he isn't in so much pain from the infection and that he can put his leg in the downward position without it throbbing like it was the first couple weeks. We still keep it elevated quite a bit and try to ice it at least once a day. He still is stuck doing a lot of sitting around. (I told him he better not form any habits during this period of time . . They would all be bad habits to form :)).
